This public announcement is being made due to some people repeatedly accessing this site and causing problems after being moderated, restricted, or removed from this site.
Effective immediately, HMFs may no longer accept connections from IP addresses which no do not have reverse-DNS (PTR records) assigned.
Any foreign IPs accessing the site will be banned.
Any American IPs repeatedly accessing the site that are neither registering nor belong to active (contributing) members will be banned.
