In response to member's input, HMFs has readjusted the Open Forum area and created new sub-areas for that forum. These areas in the main Open Forum are for all discussions and issues that are not strictly local. The local areas are now for locals only and for local issues and discussions only. All other topics now belong in the new areas in the main Open Forum.

HMFs asks that members participating in any discussions or issues that aren't strictly local do so in the new main areas. We will be moving those non-local topics to those areas, and ask that any contribution of new topics that aren't strictly local be placed in the new main areas in their proper category.
HMFs expects this to increase participation for the HMFs in general, and to aid the locals in keeping their local areas for issues and discussions of local importance without interference from parties with no vested interest in them.
