If you thought Face Book went to far on privacy issues, read this.

The new HTML 5 coming out can see things like your pictures on your computer, etc. Scary!!!

The best way to combat this type of thing is to NOT make yourself available to corporate "farming". We're just sheep to them to be farmed according to our demographics.

F#ck'em and feed them viruses!

This is exactly why I don't do online banking or purchases.  I know alot of folks would laugh at that and say I'm being paranoid, that security exists to make those things safe, but I've also had my identity stolen 3 times (twice by Dept. of Veteran Affairs pc's being stolen, once by DHS not securing a laptop).  I don't click on advertisers, and I get pretty mad when I see mouse trackers on my pc.  If I wanted someone to track my internet usage, that would be one thing...but I don't. >:(

We will not have a choice once HTML 5 becomes the new standard on the internet (in the present form). Everyone will be vulnerable whether or not you take safe guards.
