Administration

This public announcement is being made due to some people repeatedly causing problems registering fake accounts, and using multiple (sleeper) accounts, to cause trouble after being moderated, restricted, or removed from this site.

Anyone registering with an invalid e-mail address will not gain access to the main forums. Any member found with an invalid e-mail address will have their access to the main forums removed.

Anyone registering with a proxy, foreign IP, or with a dial-up account that has national access log-in numbers will not gain access to the main forums. Any member found using a proxy, foreign IP, or with a dial-up account that has national access log-in numbers will have their access to the main forums removed.
