I chose yes. 

The reason is that prohibition almost never works to stem the purchase or usage of any particular substance.  Criminalization breeds crime, and drug crime breeds violence.  People are going to take drugs one way or the other.  What we do by criminalizing it is create a huge black market complete with turf wars.
