Reading the article in the paper ACS is supposed to be broke . . . so how come ACS is going in more debt ($1.15 million)? This just doesn't make sense . . . understand the need for classrooms but ACS should have taken this into consideration prior to making the decision to go to one high school. Why wasn't this money accounted for when both options were made public? Shouldn't this have been made public, too? Why is ACS spending money they supposedly don't have - ACS needs to live within the budget and stop excessive spending.
