This is domestic in origin, in my opinion.  Most extremist groups would have laid claim to it already if it were anything else.

Patriot Day in Boston, Tax day in the US.

I gotta believe that with all the cameras and people around somebody saw something that will lead to those responsible.

Everyone ought to know by now the two were found, one killed, one caught.  I'm really surprised the second one was taken into custody and didn't wind up killed.
