Anderson Recovery Funds - Where?

If one visits recovery.gov and digs into the numbers, the City of Anderson and its various entities have applied for an awful lot of recovery grants, but where are these funds being spent, or have we even received them yet?

There are various areas throughout the city that have been earmarked for benefiting fro these funds, but I do not really see this taking place. Anyone else know of anything?
