[Administration]

The basic rules for discussions on our forums are simple:

1. Keep it clean.
2. Keep it legal.
3. Be respectful of each other.
4. Don't be a nuisance.

POLICIES:

1. This is a private forum/site. Your access is solely at the discretion of the administration, management, and owner(s). Management reserves the right to take any actions or initiate any policies deemed necessary to protect the hosting service, our site(s) and its service(s), or the members, the management, and the owner(s); including modifying this agreement/TOS without notification. We encourage the free and open exchange of ideas in a climate of mutual respect. Any action by a participant that we deem a liability, a nuisance, or infringes on another participant's right to use and enjoy these bulletin boards is prohibited. You agree: not to harass other participants or knowingly display any false, defamatory, abusive, obscene, vulgar, threatening, racially offensive, sexually explicit or illegal material on the service.

2. You may not permit: any other person to access discussions for any purpose using your account, ID or password.

3. You may not post: messages or links to data, images or programs that are obscene or pornographic.

4. You may not upload: any messages, data, images or programs that violate the property rights of others, including unauthorized copyrighted text, images or programs, trade secrets or other confidential proprietary information, and trademarks or service marks used in an infringing fashion. Users are responsible for any content they upload to this site but retain no property rights to any of the content. Your use of this site releases all property rights in content and all control over content to Daily Nuisance Productions.

5. You may not publish: any information, software, or any other content that contains advertising or any solicitation of other members to use sites, goods, or services, name or refer to competing sites, or post any content for advertising purposes, in your profile or anywhere on the forums outside of an Advertising forum. All requests for advertising must be approved by administration. Any charity requests must reside in a Charities forum and be approved by administration. The board administration does not review the status of any charity groups requesting assistance. Advertising or charity requests should be directed to: admin@dailynuisanceproductions.com

6. You may not use the facilities and capabilities of this site to conduct: any activity which is illegal or solicits the performance of any illegal activity; any online activity that infringes on the rights of any other member; any online activity that we deem a liability, a nuisance, or that adversely affects this site or its operation; any online activity that is abusive, negative, or critical in regards to the operation of this site. Suggestions or requests should be directed to administration at: admin@dailynuisanceproductions.com

7. Site users have no expectation of privacy; or permanence in connection with regard to the entry, creation, transmission, receipt or storage of data via this forum; and you assume all risk and liability for your use of this site; or use of/reliance on any information contained on it. The rule of Caveat Emptor applies. You may not put any personal identity or contact information in your profile or on the forum. You may not put any personal information of others on the forum.

8. Access to this site with dial-ups or proxies and registration through some freely available e-mail accounts is limited or prohibited and may be revoked at any time. Users should avoid accessing this site with dial-ups or proxies and register using a POP e-mail account to ensure access to the site. We require that users register with an active e-mail account, one that they check frequently.

9. We reserve the right of sole determination whether content violates the rules and policies, and the right to remove any thread or post or any content, including illegitimate Moderator Reports and advertising or vulgar content etc. in your profile. Do not quote any content that violates the rules and policies. We will not edit or partially remove content. Any content removed will be removed in its entirety.

Members are obligated to read and follow the rules and policies and we will not respond to any complaints about the rules and policies. The available remedy for complaints about the rules and policies is to cease using the site. If you have any doubt about whether content violates the rules and policies, don't put it on the forum or in your profile. Do not quote any content that violates the rules and policies.

If we find it necessary to remove content posted by a member, we may at our discretion: moderate or mute that member's account and any associated accounts for 5 to 10 days; ban any associated accounts; ban the member. Moderated members who refuse to post and prove they intend to follow the rules and policies will be subject to further sanctions or banned. We are not obligated to contact members when content is removed or action taken against member's accounts. We are not obligated to respond to contact about content removal or action taken against member's accounts as any content removed is deemed in violation of these rules and policies. Members will not be allowed to: rabble rouse; complain publicly or privately about content removal or actions taken against anyone's account; become a nuisance publicly or privately; try to evade action taken against their accounts. The available remedy to such complaints being to cease using this site.

10. We reserve the right to: ban accounts, e-mails, IPs, ISPs, screen names, or anyone we suspect is not of legal age from this site; refuse registration to any accounts, e-mails, IPs, ISPs, or screen names; file complaints with e-mail and ISP providers; initiate any legal action necessary to protect Daily Nuisance Productions' interests.
